Not sure how long it has been like that but I got an email from Amazon about it today.

I've been considering it myself but not sure yet. In-case I don't bother I would rather one of you lot get it if you want it before it sells out. Surely it will fetch a decent price at some point down the line when the retailers run out of stock? Another tenner off and I would defo get it. I will most probably regret not buying at this price, but that's Lego life

 You may be able to try Flubit to see if you can get it a bit little cheaper.

Picked up a few Droid Escape Pod's from Sainsbury's earlier for £13.33 each (yellow shelf label - Reduced to clear). I know with Sainsbury's these never seem to be in every single store but do seem to be in a decent proportion when these offers are on. Worth a look if you're near a Sainsbury's any time soon. They also had the Batman and Harley motorbike thingy for £13.33 also but you're probably already aware that that has been on offer in many of there stores for a while. Hope this helps a few people

I bought Chima.... 

 

Toysrus.nl has another 15% discount upon their already heavily lowered Chima sets 70225 - 70226 - 70227 sets, 

add another 2.50% discount through a cashback site and another 1% through my visa card. 

That's quite a bargain, even for Chima

Not sure If I will part them out or sell them as a whole. 

Not sure what TRU UK are playing at with the Lego discount coupons, but not only has it arrived late, but I've had the same code in two emails, and between the two they've stated three different expiry dates - 2 May, 20 May and 20 November!

Also the free shipping is gone if the coupon is applied.

Same here.  Duplicated codes for lego gift cards and tru gift cards.

Delivery charge still free though.  It shows like it's been added on but total is correct. 

Their site really is terrible, particularly for a company of their size The free shipping issue has popped up with every order I've made, but thankfully doesn't manifest in an unexpected charge.

There are two codes on the emails. I assumed since they were tied to the same transaction that was why there were two codes and since one was Lego offer and other was general offer and we had two emails related to the two offers. Anyone tried this?

I basically did 5 online transactions during the offer. I've been sent 2 e-mails.  One concerning the standard tru gift cards then another concerning the lego gift cards.  Both lists of codes are identical which seems fishy to me. Especially when all the codes start with LEG. I imagine that this is what everyone else is seeing?

Just tried a code on a non lego item and it does not work.  This confirms my suspicions.

These cards have the 16 digit giftcard pin's on the back and on the giftcard website it says up to 5 giftcards can be redeemed in 1 transcation. Not sure if this will work as on the giftcards it says only one can be used at a time. Will have a browse later on and see what does and doesn't work.....

Assumption is that you can only use one gift-card per transaction and thus this stops you from stacking them and putting them to one big purchase.  But if someone can confirm otherwise, that would be helpful.

Can I make a suggestion, this could be one of those things you end up talking about for ages, so maybe someone should start it's own thread and we can get one of the mods to move the rest of the TRU code posts there. 

We can then try and keep this thread for the deals, few as they are at the moment.

Probably a good idea although I wouldn't know where is best to place the topic or how to transfer everything over and link to it
