4 set used lot

Hey, I have a lead on a lot, seller asking $190 CAD. 4 sets, all used, display only, organized in bags. The lot contains:

- 21101 Hayabusa
- 75025 Jedi Defender Class Cruiser 
- 9525 Pre Viszla's Mandalorian Fighter
- 7665 Republic Cruiser (This set has no minifigs or box)

After discounting 7665 for a lack of minifigs I'm seeing an average Bricklink sale price of $380. 4 sets, no sorting, they look complete from pictures... a quick (or not so quick) double on Bricklink with the bonus of getting to build some cool sets... what do you guys think? I was going to try and offer $175.
