Is Power Rangers still relevant? I feel like this might be similar to Lego putting out Angry Birds set when that IP peaked about 2-3 years ago.

I vote this down in favor of TLG producing Voltron sets first but I understand there are 68 million or so Power Ranger Millennials that disagree. #PokemonGO

I'm right there with you. I need that Voltron theme yesterday.

Maybe? Tough to know. IP might be worn out but when you've got a new movie as your commercial for the product line it's hard to tell. I honestly don't think the AB line is gathering dust like The Lone Ranger sets did.

I honestly the movie industry is just remaking everything they can to captivate on the new working generation. It apeares they are throwing everything at the wall and seeing what stick and then suck it dry and move on.

I'm looking forward to the lego Batman movie because it's looks like something unique conspired to the standard movies.

Power Rangers has been a very long running "Super Sentai" series popular for many reasons still continuing onwards. I suppose the question now is will the sets be based directly from the upcoming film or the original concept or even perhaps a little of both same as the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles theme had been a couple years ago.
