Does anybody recognize the set this page of the instructions is from?  It's from an estate sale listing, deciding whether to go.

Not sure about $1000.  Looks like there is lego in the box below it too. 

Got it for $80.  More details after I get home. Right now I'm meeting someone to get a used Simpons House for $100. It's looking like a good day for me.

Report back on the completeness of it all. Cafe Corner + Skyline for $80 is the best deal posted here in a long-long while, provided this is LEGO and not LEPIN

A quick check showed Lego on the bricks on top and on the CC instructions.

Upon preliminary inspection, all the bricks I checked had the Lego mark on the studs.  It looks as if both sets are pretty close to complete. Here are some pics. I'm about to delve in and try to inventory the CC. 

Looks like you probably have all 4 builds for Skyline. I'm going to warn you that instructions are hard to come by online. That Statue of Liberty is a pain in the *** to put together with what's been scanned and posted.

Here are the pieces I had to replace from the Cafe Corner.

You aren't lying. I found some decent instructions, but these are some tough looking builds.
