Source?  I know someone on slickdeals mentioned that would be the next wave, but I have yet to see anyone on their ongoing thread report any of those packs found.  Should be interesting if so.  The limits of 9 is starting to be pushed harder at stores where I got away with 20 or more just yesterday.  The clerks are starting to tell me they can't do it anymore.  One clerk said I could, but I would have to buy 9 and come back and repeat.  Another one told me to come back later during the day. Getting ready to call it day as far as trying to load up on multiples x20 or more.

I should add that wasn't every store, so YMMV.

Going to be in LA next week at this time, you guys just sit tight for a week and give me a chance at a few for personal collection. :-)

And actually either way if that's true it's great, prices really plummet for those of us only seeking one for use in the game. Sure 99 cents would be great, but level packs and team packs for $4-6 at a time is great.

I thought there'd be 27 confirmations from others by now. Apparently there's some football fans here.

For those going to L.A., the store on Sunset in Los Feliz has been good for me. Scored 3 Dr. Who there. They're right in front, but there's a small rack in the back of the store that I assume some people miss.

 

Another L.A. buyer told me the store on Wilshire (Mid-City) is a hot spot. As of last week, you had to talk to the manager and he would escort you to the back room and show you what he has. That's where BTTF and Dr. Who were reported. Haven't been to that store myself.

 

One more thing on topic:

The minifigure parts and printed tiles are worth throwing on Bricklink. I just sold two Homer remote control 1x2 tiles for $1.25 each and one Shaggy head for $1. Those three pieces paid for three of my .99 cent purchases.

Isn't it a bit deceiving that the actual price is 0.9999 and the subtotals round up to the whole dollar?
I think you all should boycott and stop buying, especially within a 30 mile radius of me.

My latest trip report:

Three stores last night, two stores this morning. All cleaned out. One of the stores didn't even have shelf space for the product any more. Another store said they didn't get any in on the truck this morning.

I kinda doubt it. Will try to hit one of those stores again this afternoon.

All signs are pointing to Dimensions ending later this year. As somebody who has hoarded these on a large scale (myself included), what do you think will happen to the value on these? I'd imagine some of the packs with exclusive minifigures will retain a decent chunk of their value (Portal 2, Dr. Who) but I'm uncertain of the others. 

I have no problem to sell it now, 400+ sold...why it will be problem later.

OC, CA Report:
Store #1: Truck coming today; stock put out tomorrow morning.


Store #2: Truck coming today; stock put out tonight.


Store #3: No stock. Truck coming Thursday.

Once these stop coming for a truck or two that'll probably be it.

Two stores got restock today, but only second got JW, BTTF and dr.WHO...
