I have this three story townhouse I got four years ago and would like to know the price I could sell it for. I'm a sophomore in high school and have no need for legos, I am saving up for a Wacom manga and comic tablet. I got this four years ago for about 60 dollars. I assume it is worth much more now. It is fully intact except for the small tree house that was supposed to be in the yard. It easily broke when I tried to play with it, it was a poor design. The only other thing that's missing is a part of the fence, and tree that is due to my baby brother.

Bad news, it's not likely that it's worth more than you paid for it. I value it between $10-$60 and $60 if you're lucky. That's just my opinion though, custom Lego has to be amazing to bring some nice $. It may be a better idea to let your brother have the rest :)

I think you paid too much. It's not an official set so the value is just the bricks. I don't see anything rare, likely 5 cents a brick or so. $5 pound is a good gauge too.
