I had the same problem. Make sure you click "use this payment method" and then punch the code in on the next page--that's what worked for me.

I have a pre-existing prime account (before July 9th), however no Amazon Visa.  If I apply for the Visa today does the same policy apply (no discount for new Amazon Visa applicants)?  Thanks for the help. 

Saw mention on page 2 of a 1TB XB1.... I can't find it anymore, probably gone. Is the 500gb with 3 games at 33% off any good? Good enough that I could play the games and flip it and come out even? I don't know anything about the games aftermarket. I play PS4, but was always a huge Halo fan, be curious to play through the latest for kicks... This might be a free way to go about it. Any advice on the contrary? 

 

Edit: Are you kidding me Amazon?! Tie gone poof? Or never available on .ca to begin with? Comes up at $199. Disappointment.
