Help determine the next brick by brick set breakdown

I was looking at the sets listed in this article for inspiration for the next set breakdown article. I first looked at 3450 Statue of Liberty but I quickly realized that it was basically more than 50% rare pieces and more than 50% high occurrence pieces. I wasn't excited by that set. I thought I might see what readers wanted to see.

walking ATAT?

The 10030 would be interesting, but could also be complicated (for better, and worse) by the old gray/new gray versions.

Green Grocer or Grand Carousel would be my choices from the highest price list. Of the once you listed I would choose the Eiffel Tower.

I'd like to see what you've got to say on Eiffel Tower as well... it's one of the few older sets that's actually on my radar of "would be nice to have one day".

I'd also like to see a breakdown of the Grand Carousel, though if you did the DS II, I wouldn't complain. :)

to be honest, the Carousel is on my radar, but I wanted to do something else before tackling that. I threw out the options that I felt most comfortable with, that were fairly important sets. I think maybe the Star Destroyer is the big question mark, and I need more info from people that have owned them. I can do analysis of available data fairly well, but that is one that requires more.

With the new Beetle coming out, an in-depth look and possible comparison of the prior model would be interesting not to mention there are very few reviews on the 10187 across the web anyway; maybe a couple YouTube videos and some mods over at Eurobricks but little else to be found.

ok, it looks like voting has stalled. I guess I can consecutively do the blockade runner and eiffel tower.

As you have already tackled UCS imperial Shuttle and Cafe Corner I would only be interested in an analysis for Green Grocer as I'd like to bricklink that set at some point.

I'd love to see 10173 Holiday Train. Perennial classic (though I'm curious to see what happens when the new rumored Holiday Train comes out this Fall) and quite a few rare pieces. Red train bases at $20 each, hollow-stud windows, a bunny that'll set you back quite a few pop just to name a few.
