Anyone own or have owned this set new? I have one that is sealed, but it sounds like loose pieces banging around. There are some bags as well.

The box doesn't look tampered with but it is beat up. Any input would be very useful

I got one in a bulk deal once a few years ago. I liked it, it's a cool set. I think I sold it for $100 but it was used.

I sold a few back when they released. I do remember them having loose pieces and sounding klunky. Mine were glue sealed not tape seals.

K thanks. I opened it and discovered that one of the bags was busted. That explains the rattling. I guess the court pieces were originally loose, and everything else is bagged.

Never owned the set, but I would hazard a guess that all the large white plates the players stand on are going to be loose in the box like other large plates usually are. Because there are some several, it's probably going to sound like loose bricks. Again... guessing.
