What are some lots you missed out on from CL whether you offered too low or waited too long to buy?

I have 3 all in the last month or so. Kicking myself.

1. UCS Advanced Tie - used complete with manual $200 - I offered $175 but it sold and I never got a response back. Should have paid his asking price.

2. Large lot with The Burrow (Ron's house), Black Pearl, a couple old 3-1 houses from 2010, police station and some other city sets. Asked $330. I offered $250, then $275, he countered with $325. Someone paid his price shortly after.

3. This one hurts. Last Sunday, Memorial Day weekend, large lot with 90 sets. No boxes but all instructions included. Asking $1200. Taj Mahal, Black Pearl, Diagon Alley, Brick Bounty, just to name a few of the sweet sets. I inquired about minifigures but when they replied back it was sold. That thing was only listed 5 hours.

I think ya'll are waaaay off topic.
