This is a garage sale find from many years ago.   Full of the older minifigures without arms.  Quite dirty and missing the smokestacks and some damage to the smaller parts.  Powered with a inline transformer.  Paddles spin, but with difficulty.  I found a picture of what it looked like when new.  Other than that I couldn't find anything else on the web.   Can anyone shed anymore light on this one.

    Hah! Thought I looked at the date before I posted, guess skipped over the year.  Wonder if he is still searching.  Or cleaned it up, added stacks, and brought it to that show.
