I think it is 87995 - Minifig, Hair Bubble Style (Afro) - look at the rightmost flower and you can see it sideways, showing the contours of a hair piece.

It looks like the hair piece from the disco minifigure, from series 2. Part #87995

Used the candy dispenser they gave us at work to make a cherry blossom. I took a coworker's dispenser and made an aquarium scene.

Made some more candy dispenser mocs. People in my office were seeing these at my desk and they started giving me their dispensers.
