Is 40228 only available in Germany or will it be available worldwide. This would make difference for me about investing in it. If it doesn't grow I will have some presents for my family members at least

It's available in Canada.  I've seen it at my local TRU.

Here it´s a free promo for purchases over 30 euros or you can buy it for 12.99.

Nope, it's definitely the set in question (I bought one for myself).  I found it a couple of weeks ago, the same day, or day after this thread was started.  I can post a picture when I get home from work.

I really think it's supposed to be the inside of the bottom half of his mouth. But it comes out looking like teeth and is creepy.
