Good Day, I've regenerated my password to log into BrickClassifieds but I have not received an email after quite some time.  Any advice?

I believe I just sold my only listing on BC.  I thought perhaps my account was inactive, but when I requested to reactivate it said my account is still active.

Good Day,

I am still unable to sign into my Brick Classifieds account.  I've tried to reset password, but I don't receive an email that allows me to do so.  I've also tried to reactivate my account, but my account is still active.  Any thoughts on how to fix this?
