I have not seen any mention of DVDs that come with a minifig -- they are LEGO products, but they do not have set numbers.  I just got a "Justice League Cosmic Clash"  DVD with a Cosmic Boy minifig.  Searching the site, I only see Cosmic Boy listed in a poly bag.  Is the figure in the bag different than the one with the movie?  How about the minifigs that come with the books, are they unique?

    The polybag figure is what you get when you open up that box. Minifigs that come with books are sometimes unique. Maybe a master minfig collector can chime in.

    Most are loose figures. Not official Lego sets, but easy enough to figure out where they belong to. BL gives them item numbers like any other minifigure. BATZARRO for example is sh163
