They haven't shown up at LEGOLAND California. I think TargetZero is right, but I swear I've seen a couple US people with a couple of the SH sets too.

In Europe the Fountain promo runs from June 1st till June 30th, or earlier if supply is finished. 

I also noticed the sale price of the Fountain on Marktplaats is going down to average €10 - €13 now. Definitely not as popular as the November (Christmas train) and December (Gingerbread house) promos were.

Just made my second purchase of the month so I can get a second fountain. Set less popular than gingerbread and Christmas train as it's just not as good as them! Great freebie but they were excellent ones

The fountain set is no longer added to the cart at Lego Webshop Germany. Likely sold out.
