May 21, 20169 yr The white lamppost and the multiple bag ones made it a modular, so that narrows it down a bit...

May 21, 20169 yr Purchased this awesome book earlier, and as a bonus it included this Micro-scale Space Cruiser which my son could build!

May 21, 20169 yr I bought it too, but admit that the Micro SC is for me to build. [emoji4] In all honesty, this turned into a 'group effort'!! 😉
May 22, 20169 yr My daughter made herself a vet office it had a desk with a vet behind it, a wall with a door, and a bunch of animals on benches in a waiting area.
June 12, 20169 yr Popular Post My boy built the MTT yesterday. We had to put our beloved husky down on friday, and he was very upset, so I went into my "investment stash" and pulled out an MTT to help ease his mind a bit as he grieved. He whipped it together in a few hours. Not bad for a soon to be 6 year old.
June 13, 20169 yr Author My 4 year old daughter's new favorite past time is to cover base plates with flat tiles. Think of me as I am prying all of these off each night.

June 30, 20169 yr My son's new favorite toy - 71303 Ikir Creature of Fire. What a great Bionicle! It has claws that can solidly grip on something, so it has been sitting on top of the TV when we're watching a movie, on his arm when he's walking around the house, on a chair when we're having dinner etc. When you move his tail feathers up and down, the wings flap. Very well done. And percentage-of-MSRP-wise this is about the most expensive Bionicle he has, only got it at 31% off, but with an MSRP of $9.99 this is not a bad set for pocket money at all. Kids are very much into Harry Potter at the moment, and Ikir works very well as Fawkes the Phoenix ....
July 6, 20169 yr Over the weekend, the 4 year old boy built the Joker's Steamroller from 76013. And my 8 year old daughter built the Green Dragon from 41176. The dragon is slated to be hung from her ceiling sometime this week or so.
July 21, 20169 yr New mini-ish modular from my 8 year old. Restaurant called "Wiener a' Pizza". Some sort of hot dog/pizza joint apparently. Second pic is the upstairs seating area, I was surprised by the outdoor patio seating. :-) 3rd pic is the bottom floor. Somehow the cooking is done with no oven, seems suspect haha.
July 31, 20169 yr My daughter (almost five) built her first set by herself a couple weeks ago and is now insatiable. She built the sea scooter and pteranodon today and my son did his first whooshing oh and my daughter MOC'ed up the octopus a bit...

July 31, 20169 yr Not trying one up you@Sfcommando14, but my 4 year old also built the Pteranodon set this week. I figured if you were sharing so would I.
July 31, 20169 yr Lego Dimensions Superman, Wicked Witch and the Ghostbusters Bill Murray pack. Yesterday, he built an Indiana Jones Temple Escape for me to verify completeness before listing it.

She built the juniors house by herself 2 weeks ago with only a few minor placement issues and keeps wanting to build more. She still needs help tightening and can have problems placing 1 row plates, but other than that she can do most of the build by herself. Tomorrow we might crack open a Raptor Rampage since whenever we watch the movie she tells me she is Claire. We're well over a dozen viewings and its on right now
August 14, 20169 yr Micro Belle's Castle at The LEGO Store Disney Princess event - built by my 6 Wait, there's a kid thread? Please move if you can
