Need Help with 3723 MOC Found

I decided a little while back to bricklink my first retired set (3723). I chose this set as it's mostly made up of common bricks, but a lot of them, so I felt it would be pretty simple to do. I was checking out brickshelf and found a modified version of 3723 with improved legs that look just like a minifigure. I didn't realize until I found this this MOC that the 3723 legs are pretty lacking in design. I've tried to locate instructions on how to make these legs and have come up empty. Any ideas or help with where I can find instructions for these legs? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!
