Should I use the same ebay account for selling and buying?

Featured Replies

Hello,

As I sell more items - I seem to convert what I sell into buying other sets - mainly used. Should I use two different accounts for buying and selling?

Thanks,

Maybe, if you're concerned about customers getting crabby if they see you selling at a higher price something you previously bought. Or it could be good if you want to have some very targeted types of sales where you risk alienating potential customers if mixed  (e.g. if you sell both used "adult toys" and Amish religious memorabilia).

What about new adult toys and used Amish religious memorabilia...?[emoji4]

That's completely different. For the adventurous out there, I am sure there is a confluence of the two if you run a Google Image Search for all those terms.
