I can't be the only person that has submitted a project only to have Lego respond a week later saying they are not going to post it to Lego ideas because of the theme.  I've also heard that at some point, the Dr. Who theme was blocked and then the ban was lifted and a flood of ideas came pouring in, a few days later they had a 10Ker and now its a set.  So I'm also interested in knowing which bans have been lifted and where do you find out when this lifting happens.  If we get a list going, it would be a nice reference to check before starting a new project that would be stopped instantly by the submission process.

Current list of banned themes:

  • Futurama

Lifted Bans:

  • Dr. Who
  • Jurassic Park

Jurassic Park was once a nono, but is ok now. I don't know dates or anything, just from memory.

Rick and Morty, nice.
