damage boxes at lego store

I was at the lego store today and they had several sets marked with discounts due to the boxes being damaged.  Are these even worth buying for reselling at a later date?

    Interesting. Usually, they just offer extra points. For me, the prices would matter...

    Mostly depends on your location, and your availability to find modulars and exclusives at discount elsewhere. In Canada it seems difficult to find a better "discount" than Double VIP stacked with Damaged Box bonus. Resellability is debatable, but they're definitely a good deal for a personal copy!
