as a fan of Captain America, all I can say is "Meh."

I think it's a pretty decent polybag.

I saw about 40 of this today at target for 3.50 each by cash registers not a bad deal. I only bought 6 of them since I already 20 of them.  

I already own 20 of them.

So you own 20 of them eh?

He owns 20 of the 26 he bought in total. Who owns the other 6 is currently not specified.

I sold about 40 of these to sellers in Hong Kong when this was a TRU GWP. I thought it was very patriotic of me to sell Lego back to the Chinese.

It also gave me a little hope for democracy.

That's funny. I saw them too and thought to myself "I already own 20 of them," but I lack the control that you have and bought 20 more. It's tempting to buy 20 more, but...

I already own 40 of them.

Civil War movie will be available on DVD in September. Maybe Target is supposed to be holding them for that? A lot of the stores put out the minifigure cubes early too, and they were all gone by the time the promo actually started.
