All i'm seeing here is basically every piece needed to make a black thundertank!

I actually really like the look of this set (and will be getting one).  Normally not a fan at all of the batman sets but ff all the sets advertised at NYTF this is the one i like the best from the initial pics.

I see 4 minifigures that I need. I do not need the tank or the jaw thing.

Me too.  I'm going to assume it's the same as me: Croc, Boomerang, Red Hood and Katana.  I'll take RH's motorcycle, too.  The rest I can do without.

Is that a new mold for the boomerangs?

^ same here, this is a pretty good set for mini figures, but builds are kinda lame.  Marvel is destroying dc as far as figures and builds go on the upcoming wave.  

Just a silly observation.... but it looks like they didn't include a sewer cap like shown on the box. How can you have a sewer smash without the sewer??!

I love that we are getting some comic versions of the Suicide Squad in LEGO minifigure form.  If only it were possible to get some more X-men sets in conjunction with the Apocalypse movie.  I have a feeling Disney is calling the shots on that one.

First time I can pick this up at TRU with discount, I will.

Yep.  Those vehicles are just...ugly.  I just don't like them.  The minifigs are what's driving this set, for me.

Oh, not for me.  There are a few that are winners to me, just this set just does not do a thing.

Minifigures seem to be the best part of this set.  Whats up with the rolling croc chariot?

They retired Chima so they had to use those teeth for something.

I'm buying for the minis, and other than Red Hood's motorcycle, getting rid of those vehicles.  Hopefully someone wants them.

That Captain Boomerang basket attached to the Croc vehicle is just lousy.  I don't bellyache much about set designs, but c'mon - that is awful.  Love the figs in this set, though.

I kinda like that bat-tank. Pretty aggressive and angular.

The other stuff is super lame.

And that is one reason why Super Hero sets fall short of Star Wars. They're mostly character based, whereas Star Wars vehicles ARE characters. Some have entire revolutionary video game series based on them.

That is Kenner-accurate and AWESOME. If depressing the tower opens the bay doors then it's a 10/10.

 

 

this set will prob for a slow seller and be on sale many times.  the $80 MSRP is a joke.
