February 18, 20169 yr I've recently not been able to purchase through Legos online shop store. After speaking with them and verifying my account was all fine. The review team sent a email stating my address is not a home address but a freight forwarding service which they do not ship too. I was wondering if anyone has had this issue and is there a way to fix it without moving to a whole different home lol... So far Lego hasn't helped in solving issue and I only just started buying Lego which was about $200 worth.
February 18, 20169 yr If I understand this right, LEGO thinks your home (residential) address is a freight forwarding service? If that is the case, I would call back and ask to speak to the review team. Ask them what kind of proof you can supply that shows your home is a home. Also, I suggest punching your address into google to see what comes up... How did the review team decide the address is a freight forwarding service? (because yes, they will sometimes miss it but usually they will refuse to ship to those services)
February 18, 20169 yr Author Thanks, so far I've done just that. I'll call in the morning and ask to speak to the review team. Most of my frustration came from the lack of information and communication I was being given.

February 18, 20169 yr Author Thanks guys, I'll make sure to pretend I lack knowledge of the secondary market lol
February 28, 20169 yr Author Just an update, I called customer service and I was told they would look into the matter. About a week and half went by until I received a call back. Sadly it wasn't good news, Lego lifted the freight forwarding service from my account but any purchase I make online is immediately cancelled without a email of cancellation being sent. The customer service lady was kind and apologized for not being able to give me any further information on the matter stating "She wasn't given any further details other then Lego confirmed my home is a home". At this point I don't really see a benefit in calling again when buying from other sources seems so much easier
