I just got back from a TRU looking for minifigures. They said that the box has a street date of September, so they can't put them out until then. 

I just left a case at my TRU. They already went through 3. I thought release date was August. There's still money to be made!

Is that a direwolf print on the forest guy? Stark in the house?

I found them at 3 walmarts in west Michigan all off highway 94. All banana guys and penguins were gone but we got all the rest!

Anyone have a case to sell?  Couldn't care about reselling, just want a case for kids.

Got a total of 21 random jungle sets from my post a few weeks back, gave 'em all to them, which is going to be split among 30ish or so kids.  I'm done with the reselling stuff.  Other than some old modulars from years back I'm holding onto, it's not worth my time to make a few dollars profit.

Don't worry, it's a reference to a post from a few days ago.  Someone missed out on a case because another person came in earlier that day and cleaned out a TRU saying they were "buying them for the kids in the hospital."

Ah, I see.  Yeah, not me.  I'm fortunate to have some funds of my own and for the cause that I help support, and get a variety of stuff throughout each year for two childrens' organizations.  I never expect a deal but find it ridiculous when I see folks loading up cart after cart at a local store.  Just ruins it, imo, for those who really want to find good deals for a reason other than making money...but that's what it's all about, I suppose.  The search shall continue!

As many as you want?  Those who play with CMF as an investment play in many different ways, some don't play at all.

Of course they are good to sell. I doubt LEGO would still be producing them if they weren't.

 I finally found these at Target. I asked the manager what's the best price he could give me if I bought an entire case....was pleasantly surprised. He also have me 30% off the new Friends hot dog truck.

Personally, I think this is one of the worst series in a long time.  There is not one figure the screams must have to me.

Any word from minifigsplus if cases will be for sale?  If I can get one before the end of August before school sessions start, that'd be awesome.  Anyone?

I have a secret weapon. For those that don't know I'm an industrial fire fighter for a local refinery. Whenever I go out deal hunting I always wear my uniform. It seems to help out in negotiations....lol.
