This was my first attempted order since then and it got canceled.

I never ordered them online before as part of the promotion, but dipped multiple times into the in-store promo. I think my orders cancelled because I placed two separate orders (one for shipping, one for in-store pickup) and forgot to sign out of my account for the second order, which caused both to cancel, and which allowed me to reorder after my audit department call.
