I got a bunch of Elves in-store clearance for 50-75% off so I was buying even ones without dragons at that price. At 30-40% off, I'm not interested unless they have dragons.

Clearance might or might not have its own clearance location.

Clearance might have already been picked dry by a competitor.

 

You need to take the list of known clearance items and look all over the toy section to see if you spot any sets.

 

Oh, and sets might be behind other sets, because Kohl's likes to put multiple SKUs in one shelf spot.

I found some clearance sets not labled with clearance stickers.  They were just on the shelf with the regular sets, but if you scanned it at the price checker it showed the clearance price.

I second this. I scanned with the Kohl's app instead of the in-store price checker and it showed in-store clearance prices.

Sometimes the scanner/tablet machine not always showing the correct price.

Also make sure to scan it. I’ve found multiple sets that were marked at 25% off but rang up for 50% off

In previous week/weeks If you spent $50, you earned $10 coupon that can be used starting tomorrow. I think that’s what he meant.
