Thanks Mgip21 for posting the Kolhs Lego finds and thanks to you I was able to find a City Hospital this morning!  The box is not as minty as the two you found because of the spider wrapping on it, but that is minor.

OFS is kinda in the same boat though.  It's been fairly easy to pick up on AMZ, WM and Jet the last 2-3 weeks.

Detective Office is tougher to find.

 

Walmart has Minecraft Farm Cottage 21144 for $39.99 again. Not a great discount, but the set is supposedly on its way out.
