First time I have seen any type of price break on this set in my area, I'm going to guess that if you want to hold it as an investment and live in major metro areas this is your chance to get it below RRP.

Keep in mind the Midwest is more than just the city/state you moved to in your 20s for a job.  There are a lot of great people in this region.  It can be a bit slower though so the mix of mid-20s and midwest, especially if born on the west coast, is probably a tough transition.

The Midwest is full of unsophisticated rubes living in trailers and shopping at Wal-Marts. Corn and Hogs. Those not living on either coast are the worst America has to offer. ?

 

There’s only one truth...shitty drivers exist everywhere.

The whole “snow” thing is really the no go though.

I live in midwest and have the same problem.  Don't believe it's a midwest/coast thing or even a state thing, more likely a regional issue.

But same here, in the midwest, i am dancing a jig out the door when I get a 50% clearance score because everything disappears quick at 30%

bay area has among highest disposable income - real estate prices in us.  it's like saying wtf  i can't find clearance in beverly hills- lol.

in exchange for no clearance you get to live in a place rich with cultural and outdoor activity opportunities populated with some of the highest paid individuals in the country  .
