They charged for Ohio, but I'm not sure if they charged for all states.

They charged for mine too. That went from a deal to no deal. You can get it from Amazon for basically the same price or less depending on state tax and whether you have an Amazon store card 5% discount. 

Shipping and tax killed this deal. Im turning into such a deal snob. 

as mentioned IF you have ebay Bucks then it's a good deal. I got 2 for $67 ea. (deal)

Oh and the shipping is a flat $5. so if you order 1 or 5 it's $5 shipping.

...but the price for me went from $1.46 to $7.14.  That's almost a 500% difference.
