Your newness is showing. Check back on these Architecture prices in a few years. Unless you're only thinking quick flipping, it's hard not to make money..

Not saying you’re wrong, but 21019 is only selling for around $40. True that’s a quick flip but in the case of Louve the price has actually declined (now $65 from a $50 rrp).

Of course you and others have the experience to show us noobs how it’s done so I’ll defer to you. But current prices for me demand taking a more pragmatic approach. Getting stacks at 50% make sense  20% not so much.

Can't fault you for choosing wisely. ?

Just a note for Target shoppers, while most clearance has been stickered and left in the Lego aisle so far, one store I visited had both mixed in their original aisle and a dedicated clearance aisle. Almost missed some.

Most of us eradicated those filthy rodents from our towns and cities weeks ago.

Gone.  Bummer as I'm still trying to find something to use my Kohls cash on that expire in a few days.

Thanks for the support, y'all. For the record, I filled up the child seat extended cart with 80 Buckingham Palaces, a couple Great Walls (also 50% off), a couple 42079 forklifts at 50% off, and some 50% off elves. Still a lot of technic and elves in this secluded section of Target, most still at 30% off, some at 50%. The rest of the architecture was rrp.

This was extremely challenging with a 2.5 year old

You are a very good father - Many Brickpickers would have left their child on the shelf and taken the other 20 Buckingham Palaces.

Why in the world do these stores have so many copies of the same set?! I don't think LEGO stores carry that many Buckinghams.

I don't think the Buckingham Palace Gift Shop had that many Buckinghams.

I have a feeling that this might be like Parisian Restraunt, and just not go out of stock the next year or two. What do you think?

Nonsense, a good father would have given the kid another cart so you could buy all the sets in one run!

Unfortunately, I would have then had to buy every set with a helicopter in it... and lego makes a lot of helicopter sets.

Many people have seen them for $35 or less at target clearance.

Not everyone has a local local honey hole.

Target Great Wall $39.98

I appreciate the deal.

Keep an eye on Kohl’s. They are starting to shed inventory (in store - their packing of LEGO sucks) Prices not great, not buying now - on the radar though.
