Just got back from one. There is a good amount of sets dropping. 

70841 already backordered at LEGO Shop at Home. You classic space nuts are crazy.

B&N to my surprise already had moved the 50% off clearance stuff to a special table. In the short amount of time I was there, 3-4 people grabbed things - including kiddos who are off school, so don't wait to long if you want to get stuff at your nearby store. A lot of boxes were in crappy condition, so I actually didn't grab a ton. 

I don't know where you clowns are who still have HP promos avail. Must be nice not to have area competition

we went this morning, before the crowds hit.  Not much marked down.  Did pick up a few more Claus Brickheads (50% off).  Snow speeder was also discounted (10% off, I think).

Yep, got one at my local lego store today. Paid full price and no promos. The horror of that scenario i have not experienced in a loooong time [emoji14]

I think 41194 is a absolute no brainer. I don't love 41188, but at that price hard to see how you could really go wrong.

Best thing going at Lego store is the brickheads 20% off, they have some that are not on the website like Simpsons and Nightmare Before Christmas. 

Barnes & Noble in store, most or all are at 50%.

Depends on the discount, for me.

75887, there are about 150 quantity for Half price at target. As I am not on Amazon, I am not buying the entire stock or close to it.

Sort by quantity. You won't get an exact number but the store with the most will come up first. An hour ago I was in a store and did this. The store I was in was #2 on the list and had 4 of a set, so I knew #1 likely had 4 or more.
