That would have been nice, unfortunately ours never got below $45 and sold out.  Still debating on the $40 X-Wing.

LEGO real estate...Better investment than stocks.

Wow - did you have to do each group as a separate payment?  That is also more than what our local stores have in their inventory.  Wish BN price-matched with Amazon becaue that would have been dangerous.

I have three stocks that might disagree with you ?

Just curious, did you have any stores that weren't doing the BOGO50%, and if so, how did you go about figuring out which sets were included in the promotion for a specific store?

Did you literally take 2 of each set with the possibility that the discount won't be taken off at the register?

Thanks for your help!

All stores were doing BOGO50% on architecture. Few excluded Capitol building. But the 1st one I went to had Capitol building included hence used the attached receipt as guide and had managers override it. No pushback from any managers once receipt was shown.

Thanks for the info.

Local store was relatively quiet this morning (and has a dedicated register in the toy/kids section) so had them confirm the BOGO on the Las Vegas set.

Sucks that the deal ends today and I’m stuck (lol...) at home with family till Wed...

Clearance

Unless your a Target around here and your LEGO shelves look like the water isle after an apocalypse.

What kinds of sales does Target have on the 26th?

Clearance traditionally.  Conflicted on it though as most of my targets go to 30% and after these holiday sales that seems kinda skimpy lol....

Oh well going out anyway to get clearance Christmas lights to contribute to operation Griswold House :P

Wait, but legos are on sale too, right?

except for that back corner section in the books/cd/collectibles section where there are still large STACKS of Architecture, Technic, and Elves that any regular customer looking for LEGO would never have thought to look.   several store's regular lego aisles are wiped clean but these outlier endcaps remained stacked to the gills.  hoping we see some deep discounts.  i will be checking br!ckseek to help guide my travels.

never saw architecture or large technic sets like this at a target store this until fall.  this section which is away and separate from the toys and lego section was probably not meant to be permanent so hoping it gets clearanced.

last year both walmart and target had decent clearance on 26th but my first big purchases after xmas were on jan9 at walmart so we'll have to keep our fingers crossed that target keeps getting it done like they have done all year.

large stacks of sets in this area at multiple stores.  hoping we see some deep discounts.

not sure that this lego section was meant to be permanent so hoping it gets clearanced.

This is almost exactly what mine are looking like also....REALLY hoping for clearance on Technic and Architecture.....my wallet and I are ready to roll!! Those displays are eating up way too much valuable retail space...they have to be coming down right after Christmas. And then what are they going to do with all of that product that doesn't have a home? Get ready....

Except our store doesn't carry architecture or Technic except the tiny sets.
