They’re on sale for a reason. But who knows, collectors don’t care about aesthetics when they’re eventually retired anyway. Depends on how long you’re willing to lock up your cash on inventory.

Besides a few sets, like Slave 1, I’m avoiding much of star wars.

But what's the likelihood that Rathtar will remain that far under RRP after it retires? At 55% off, what's the worst case scenario?

Opportunity cost. Time money space being limited. Also targets tolerance for large orders. I'd rather get my orders cancelled attempting to land a sizeable chunk of items I view as very profitable. Versus a pile of bricks I can flip for 10-30$ without much perceived upside past that.

Sure, but 30x100 is still $3000

Part it out will make more than the cost. More work but little risk.

You are left with a garage full of Rathtars. The main issue I had with the set is the Rathtar could have been a unique molded figure instead of a pile of bricks.

Holy expensive morning Batman!!! Target is crushin' it right now! I guess I'm glad they upped my limit now......

Great tip on the Cartwheel deal too.....Boba's at that price are really hard to pass up.....just check out the AMZ listing

In the time I've been on hold with Target fraud/audit department to authorize charges, I've placed two orders on my phone with another card for local pickup - and one of them is already for pickup!

Anyone arguing for parting out and buying all the crappy SW sets should buy this too.
