Yeah, I see people were going crazy with Nintendo Switch game orders from Walmart with the code. Not sure how they plan on fixing all of that with GE's quick turnaround time.

Well that’s odd.  I placed mine 45 min ago and no cancellation (yet).  I only ordered a few small Ninjago sets (less than the HP 4 pack $75 threshold).  Had you previously received the HP set via another online order?  Maybe that’s the reason for cancellation.  Thought I remember reading somewhere B&N has been very strict about those HP packs.

I created a new account with my work email and it still has a status of OPEN order. I placed an order on my personal email and it canceled it right after I placed the order. And yes...I have a previous order last week with the HP 4-pack offer. SO this must hold true about not allowing more than one FREE offer per account.

Mine didn't automatically add the HP 4 pack to my order... so I changed it to store pickup, hopefully I can convince them in the store in person haha

Did you hit $75? I ordered a few minutes ago, 41317 x3 and it added. Local stores may not still have it in stock.

I previously received the HP promo online and the order I put in that was over $75 was canceled quickly.  I've put in multiple other orders in all under $75 and so far no cancellations.  YMMV

I noticed coupon code applied during checkout was F4W4A8A.  Not sure if you can apply it to other sets or not?

 

Edit - cancel that, that might have pre-populated from the last time I ordered on BN.com when the 5 of 25 was stacking.

Yeah, I was over the $75... I did get the HP set in store earlier this week on my same membership account though, so maybe that is the reason. Been getting great returns selling 40262 locally and have bought out all my local stores haha

Wonder if the store markdowns are coming like last year about this time....buncha LEGO 50% off + Membership discount.  Employees didn't know about and no signage put up.  Had some goooood hunting that day.

Keeping an eye on the store inventory tracker just in case.

Just a datapoint for cancellations at B&N...

I previously received the HP promo in store using my membership account. I've tried to place several orders this morning online and all get canceled.

I have another BN.com account and placed an order this morning to receive the set and there were no issues. Same credit card, same billing address, same shipping address, etc.

So, it appears that they have something tied to the B&N membership account that's canceling orders if you've already received a HP promo set either in store or online.
