When Amazon was giving me some trouble this morning, I visited Blinq and was able to grab 2 of 76052 for $110 each, so you may want to wait a bit and see if it drops back down further.

I have trouble ordering something so expensive from a seller with an 84% rating.

I've purchased dozens of items through Blinq and never had an issue. When boxes have been retaped, I open them to confirm everything is there. I've also gotten a lot of boxes that look like they were pulled straight from a warehouse. I still cut these open if I plan to resell them because of shenanigans, but again, no issues so far.

It's fine to buy from them if you want to build it.  Don't expect pristine boxes.

Bingo!  As an Amazon seller, I have seen many sellers dump their damaged items during the holidays, knowing that they are easier to "get through" during the holiday rush and, people are more likely to give a banged up box to their children than a collector will accept.

For those that break out sets: THIS IS THE ONLY SET WITH MAUI.
And the Moana minidoll is different from the other set released.
Also, the only set with Hei Hei.
Anything with "Toy" in the listing title has me thinking twice before going too deep. The whole Amazon requirement thingy is something to be considered...IMO. I only received a retraction on one set out of 6. Just sayin...

In my book, once you cut those seals, you just knocked 20% of the value from the set.  Maybe we have different customers but, for me, the difference between MISB and Opened, all bags sealed, usually equals about 20%.  If you are buying for yourself, of course, it doesn't matter.

Thats when I got mine, going to hold these for a while. This one lived for a while.

41149 was super short life.

Which I frequently am buying for myself, but I've also found some people who treat new as new, and they like the peace of mind of seeing that everything is included in the box before they buy. I don't sell on Amazon, and I'm a pretty small fish (think plankton) in the reselling game, so it doesn't matter as much to me.

Mint, In Sealed Box.  Common enough term when selling.

I guess so. Until someone gets a box with any sort of defect. Easy claim on their part I would think.

good to use that $1 digital item savings on shipping on amazon..able to cancel some orders and purchase at lower price. :)

Keep in mind you'll want a Kmart near you if possible as none of the sale sets are eligible for free shipping.

You'll need to pay to have your Kmart merchandise properly pancaked and destroyed.

I'm in my 9th year of doing this.  The terminology has yet to be a problem.

Don't forget to check Walmart.  They matched several things, most tagged as Rollback.

Keeping an eye on WM vs. Amazon.  WM seems to be initiating the rollbacks.  Amazon is matching to keep up.

^ e.g. - I think WM lowered these first.

Watching now, seeing that Fire Response Unit 60108 is down to $21.99.  Amazon still at $25.99.

I feel over the last few weeks that Walmart has been leading the charge in lowering prices first.  If only they shipped as fast as Amazon did.  It really is the only knock I have between the two.  I'm still waiting on my Fishing Stores to ship from WM while everyone else shipped nearly immediately and I bought from WM first.
