Best I can find is buying a Target GC for mail delivery (costs me $3 in shipping), and then in a week or so from now when I have the GC buy an EBay GC at Target.com. Looking for a way that does not include the $3 shipping - any suggestions? Tried KMart route, TRU route, Walmart route, B&N route but none of them sell EBay GCs. I don't recall the special timed coupons before, but EBay Bucks did appear quite often last year too.

Don't do what I just did here .... everything seemed to be going fine until Best Buy cancelled my order .. called them and the customer service girl had no clue why it was cancelled but couldn't do anything about it. Going to try this in store as a final attempt, otherwise I'm stuck with Best Buy GCs
