November 21, 20187 yr I also just tried and failed at having Target price match plus the promo. They'll price match, but then deduct the $10 from the discount that they're offering. Then you still get the gift card. For me, that definitely doesn't make sense since I'd be paying tax at Target and no tax at Walmart.
