Tried this as well - all I get is 40289.  Refreshed browser several times just to be sure.

Didn't work, but when I began the check out process it appeared there.  You may have to go that far to see it.

Picked up a bunch of PAB's but I didn't see the double points kick in even after the order.  It did mention that payment had to be received first to see the points but where would I see them once the payment has settled?

Nice deal to get two free gifts and double points - thanks for the heads up!

I was in a LEGO store yesterday and attempted to purchase an Old Fishing Store. I was informed that all LEGO stores had been instructed to pull their sets from the shelves and that they wouldn't be available again until Black Friday. Can anyone verify this with a local (US) store? Such action would seem to indicate that there may be a Black Friday deal on them this year.

Yes it is true. 5 set were pulled a few weeks ago as stock is low in stores and some throughout the company.  Fishing store, ferris wheel, detectives, friends hospital and and Ghostbusters hq were the sets.  They will be used for the daily specials this year.  Bad news is they are only 20-30 off.   Chess set was added late as well but it's been on sale so much not really anything extra.

Proof once again that SAH stock status means little as they can keep sets back for promos like this. GBHQ is still available at SAH, though.

LEGO Shop at Home and local stores are two different sections.  It makes sense that they would pull the sets to ensure that they have stock for the sale.  These are all sets in which they have probably not received stock updates for weeks or even months.  LEGO Shop at Home's stock and store stock are two different matters.  Often store stock is gone before LEGO Shop at Home's.  The Chess set has been on sale for months in stores but higher price at LEGO Shop at Home.  And was it 2016 or 2015 that the stores had Black Friday deals that were not available on LEGO Shop at Home?

Perfect, that dovetails nicely with what I heard.  I had heard that a total of 6 sets had been pulled.  I just wished that Slave I was one.

They are but they aren´t in this case. The special promos are in store and online so they would look pretty dumb if they offered a daily deal set that was out of stock, right?

Perhaps there is more stock of GBHQ in warehouse as it is a slower seller.

Wife still wanted the Lego City Hospitol so that price point worked out great to get the promos and the VIP points will help fund my wind turbine next week!

Do you think I'll be able to order GBHQ online or will I have to go into the store?

Just tacking in that I found via email and LEGO Shop at Home site mention of additional items “retiring soon,” that I hadn’t seen mentioned until just today.

Just bought Hogwarts Great Hall in store and got double VIP, present box, diagon alley box, AND Lego VIP store set  (40178).  Worth going in store.  YMMV.

Theisens.com (Midwest Farm & Equipment Store) has 41318 Friends Heartlake Hospital for $65.00.  If you sign up via e-mail you get 10% off your first order.  Shipping for me was $4.99 and then there's tax so it would end up being $65.00 - 10% sign-up discount = $58.50 + 7% tax ($4.09) = $62.59 + $4.99 shipping = $67.58 shipped.

Great find. Limit is six. I tried ordering a dozen. I love this time of year when good deals pop up from random places like this.

Just visited my local store and I can confirm that you get all three free gifts. 49305 was only $25 and my store had just refreshed their PAB wall, so that made it easy: one 40174, one 49395 and two PAB buckets.

KOP only allows you to pick either one, not both....

What’s KOP?
