Is it 2 day? Amazon always has free shipping as long as you hit $25 or 35, I forget how much exactly. Main reason I never got prime. 

No two day. But also no minimum, so long as it isn’t an add on item. They’re essentially matching Target’s holiday shipping offer. Poor Target.

My best bet would be to get some pumpkin spice seasonals and resell them in the spring.  I'm sure the margins will be thin, but I'm up for the challenge.

Proceed at your own risk.  Target doesn't like resellers and has taken action in various ways in the past, but "reasonable" (interpret that however you wish) numbers of multiple orders usually make it through OK.

Two or three orders, probably ok. More than that in a short time period and you may get the nasty letter/email.

Just ordered (in CA around 6:30am) 2 units plus a HP Minifigure pack to cover the $50 min for $10 GC.

When I tried to order more than 2 units, the online system removed all Eiffel Towers from my cart so I'm guessing that's Target's intervention.

Target is verifying orders on accounts currently. There is generally a 1-2 day delay before the order is accepted.
