Ferris wheel's not a bad get w/ the Google Express coupon.   Went w/ 1 and some already discounted Jurassic/Architecture sets.

 

Silent Mary is $150+ tax on GE.  Somebody convince me for personal build.

Available for me.  Looks like a neat set.  A couple of years ago I would have jumped on it for my son.  He'd like it but it'd be build and played with for all of one day before ending up in the parts bin.
