I’m pretty sure it works on all sellers, the only exclusion is gift cards if I’m correct. Worked for me twice today (two different accounts)

As stuco says it should work on everything except gift cards and the like. These are the specific inclusions:

*Eligible items exclude warranties and protection plans, as well as items from the Coins & Paper Money, Gift Cards & Coupons, and Real Estate categories

Make sure you have the $50 minimum also. Only 15 minutes to go....

I did a cut and paste and the code didn't work.  However, when I tried to enter the code from my keyboard, it worked fine.

Another Google Express coupon opportunity is the new Hospital 60204.  Newly released sets don't usually appear right away on Google Express.  Wal-Mart's pricing is at retail but if someone wanted it for personal build 20% off isn't terrible.  Saw Jang's review, seems like a nice set.
