He’s tired of it? The word is wary. Weary means exhausted.

Legit. It’s a GOV site. You have to put in your social so they can verify that you are MIL.

It's an NGO contracted by DoD I believe. It's the same business that operates on each military installation. As of last fall, it's open to any veteran whereas before it was only open to active/reserve military and civilians. They use your SSN to validate veteran status. Naval Exchange is the other retailer.

they will cancel big orders and tell you they don't sell to amazon sellers even if you are not an amazon seller.
