Even with that deal the Milano's are almost cheaper at Walmart's regular price here that at Target.  $69.99 at Target and $56.00 at Walmart

The set they are referring to is 76081 The Milano vs the Abilisk which has been on clearance at Target, I believe the set and price points you are referencing is for 76107 Thanos ultimate battle

The Winter Station was on sale for $64. I don't recall the Holiday Train being on sale, but maybe I missed it? The Holiday Train at $64 would definitely be a set to go deep on. At RRP is a different story.
