The usual result is that I can get the deal but limit to 2 products.

Even with that deal the Milano's are almost cheaper at Walmart's regular price here that at Target. $69.99 at Target and $56.00 at Walmart

Was just at Target myself. No it didn't apply to LEGO. I believe it was all tied to Mattel products.
