Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't Millennials only 16-17-18?  So them not having babies yet is probably a good thing?  Correct?

Millennials, whom we define as those ages 18-34 in 2015, now number 75.4 million, surpassing the 74.9 million Baby Boomers (ages 51-69). And Generation X (ages 35-50 in 2015) is projected to pass the Boomers in population by 2028.Apr 25, 2016

There aren't any new Generation Xers being made. So by saying "projected to pass Boomers" is really saying the Boomers are expected to croak in quantities that will dwindle them under the X'ers.

Was that too pessimistic of a view?

Got it.  After reading it a couple times.

...of course the younger generation will always eventually out number the old fogies as they die off.  Duh

Did find these at a TRU closing. $221.98 is not a bad price. Really surprised to see all of these at a store going out of business but when they are not selling any for the inflated price of $369.99 on their website, I guess its not surprising. What they need is new ownership or someone who has some common sense running the operation.

Umm, please. I really want this set and this is a really good deal. Too bad none near me are closing or will have this.

The Porsche at that price w/ 20% off toysrus gift card is an awesome deal!

Makes sense, TLG (and certain others owed $ by TRU) may have some sort of agreement to recover their assets due to the bankruptcy proceedings. The LEGO brand is worth more than to cheapen it and allow TRU to liquidate.

yet they still liquidate through 99 cent stores

Yes, forgot about those. We don’t have any here.

If you're referring to Dimensions, LEGO considers those Warner Bros. product, so WB are likely the ones sending those to liquidators.

Edit: as a consolation, when scanned it looks like all LEGO is 10% off, at least in my store.

You mean they've kindly priced LEGO to LEGO RRP?

This all over the Lego section  TRU in Pittsburg, CA,. Problem is that every thing was full price.

Weird, the stores in the South Bay are all excluding Lego.

Who wants these at RRP? Way too expensive for what it is, if you ask me. I’d bite at 50% and hold for a couple years, maybe.

Great Deal if you do not have one yet !!!

That was a fast poof!

The one I got from Blinq for $99 arrived just now. Might have been somewhat mint when sent off, but the shipping box wasn't in the best shape. It was squished in the corner and it broke one of the glue seals on the inside box. Didn't expect it to come in a condition to be able to flip, contemplating just keeping as it looks like a really cool build.

Really..already gone !! Wow !! Hope someone on here was able to get them.

Great News! The Bezos exclusive is almost oos.

EDIT: Now 17
