In store madness?? Or website crashing? Anybody know which one it will be? Or both?

No chance they will get their **** together to have it work in-store. I think this has to be website crashing only.

As per the 40290 thread, the 15k seems it would be for the booklet, not the set.  15k limited edition ...with all the money from our big brother sellers would have blown out this set earlier today.  Well done Walmart..well done.

Guess I should cancel some orders...

So they made as many yellow boxes as they did the anniversary boxes? Limited Edition is slabbed boldly on the front on the 60th Edition set. But what does that mean anymore?

You have to go to a website and upload a photo of your receipt to qualify for the booklet. That's not gonna confuse and irritate people at all. I tried a screenshot of my online order for pickup. We will see if that works.

Nm, just saw this being discussed in the 60th anniversary forum.

I know this isn’t the right place to post this, but whenever I get an iOS notification that the app has a new post update, and click on the notification, it never ever takes me to the right reply. is there a bug report form for the app?

Apologies if already posted.
Not a deal as far as pricing goes, but the Romantic Valentine Picnic (40236) has resurfaced online at TRU:

The dropdown only lets you add 1 or 2 to cart, but I just realized it says Limit 5 and you can change quantity in the cart.
Son of a...I had already ordered, padding $9 of something I didn't want to get free shipping. :P

Thanks, noticed I had added two on top of the one in my cart and it let me check out with 3 with free shipping.

20% on a seasonal set is tempting, im just thinking a better deal to be had this summer.

Don't hold your breath while you wait!! The only better deal will be 20% + points or rewards. You won't see a better deal than 20% off on Winter Village sets.....

First year in production, this will be around at least another year or two.  Plenty more deals to be had closer to EOL, gauranteed!

"Event intended for children, aged 6-up". Up to what? 18? I think I'm out of luck... Sounds like the children participating get one 40% off coupon.

You can always try going after the initial rush and asking nicely. It's worked for me before, though I was asked to wait until 2pm. YMMV. I usually take my kid, as that makes it alot easier, lol.

And if you're just after the coupon, that should make it even easier. During Bricktober, I stopped by after events (with no take home LEGO) and they usually left a pad of coupons out on a table.
