I have just continued with checking out and it worked before, even with errors displayed on every page of the process. Also, a ban is more of a "shadow" ban. You can check out just fine. Yep, very clear now that the Black VIP card through 12/31 was an incentive to drive direct sales from SAH before the other retailers could sell starting on 1/1. Wonder if we'll see such a naked clue as to exclusivity again. Limit 5 from TRU is a bit of a surprise, though!!!
