Nope, it's been that way for about a year. This was golden in the days when you could get the 5% Red Card discount when using Target gift cards to buy other gift cards. Then you could use the eBay gift cards from Target to buy Target gift cards on eBay and repeat ad infinitum. You also used to earn eBay Bucks on gift card purchases to sweeten the deal.

You can use eBay Bucks to buy 3PGC though (can't buy eBay GC with eBay Bucks).

I got Twelve Dr. Strange 76060 for $14.98.

Eight at one target were at that price and in the other store they had them at regular price.... showed the receipt from previous store.... they matched the price.... so another 4 at $14.98

Yikes, those were as low as $89 at Target shortly before Christmas.

I think it will retire soon. There will most likely be a new Millennium Falcon set for the new Han Solo movie.
