This was golden in the days when you could get the 5% Red Card discount when using Target gift cards to buy other gift cards. Then you could use the eBay gift cards from Target to buy Target gift cards on eBay and repeat ad infinitum. You also used to earn eBay Bucks on gift card purchases to sweeten the deal. You can use eBay Bucks to buy 3PGC though (can't buy eBay GC with eBay Bucks).
