For store pickup in my area it is the same section as returns and layaway which is a nightmare. It seems like the entire trailer park is in front of me in line (with no receipts of course) every time I go there and even though there are 4-6 terminals, there is only ever one employee working the whole section. That employee also never understands how to do site to store when you finally get to them even though you were just there yesterday and the exact same employee pulled your order then.

March 22, 20169 yr The only experience I've had with WM and ordering LEGO is the towers. I remember people saying they weren't too upset about missing them because they didn't want to deal with stickered boxes and beat up boxes. I bought 60 and they were all minty and no stickers. Just my experience.
